Although I try to restrict the time I spend on social media to a minimum, I do enter into the occasional exchange. Recently, the issue of the cost of high-end audio reared its head on Facebook, triggered by a £28,000 tonearm, and it occurred to me that too many people refuse to 'move on'. This is the 21st century. People who earn enough disposable income to indulge in high-end audio should be allowed to do so.
