Daimler restructuring aims to keep pace with the times

Germany-based truck and passenger vehicle manufacturer Daimler AG announced board approval of a new corporate structure on July 26. If approved by shareholders, the new arrangement will consist of three independent entities: Mercedes-Benz AG, Daimler Truck AG, and Daimler Mobility AG. All three will operate under the main Daimler AG umbrella.
