Makita has launched a new generation of metal working tools including I cordless nibblers, powerful mains metal shears and a 1,650W cut off saw I that meets the latest European safety standards. The new BJN161 cordless nibbler is powered by a 18v lithium-ion 3 battery with 3.0Ah capacity and rapid 22 minute recharge time. With a no load performance of up to 1,900 strokes per minute, it will cut 1.6mm 16 gauge mild steel; 1,2mm 18Ga stainless steel and 2.5mm 12Ga aluminium. The 14.4v BJN160 model has the same features and performance.
