Eine Methode zur Ermittlung der anwendungsspezifischen Leistungsgrenze trockenlaufender Friktionspaarungen

The demand for amarginal dimensioning as well as for more performance by steady increasing space and weight and system efficiency powertrains leads to asteady rise on the requirements for the friction und wear properties of the friction linings in clutches and brakes. With the permanent rise of the thermal and mechanical load on the friction pairing, investigations on the performance limit are required. To fulfil the increasing requirements, the permitted strength needs to be exploited.This paper describes an approach for the investigation of the performance limit of dry running friction parings with organic and sintered metal friction linings. The test device, the design of experiments, the implementation, results and analysis are described.
