摘要

The Clean Air Strategic Alliance (CASA) recently prepared a report that recommends that major emitting sectors commit, develop and implement pollution prevention/continuous improvement (P2/C1) strategies. CASA was established in March 1994 as a new way to manage air quality issues in Alberta. It's a non-profit association comprised of diverse stakeholders from the three sectors of government, industry, and non-government organizations (such as health and environment groups) to develop and apply a comprehensive air quality management system through a collaborative, consensus-based process.
