Reliquefaction Hamworthy has recently won eight orders for its onboard LNG reliquefaction plants for installation on some of the biggest LNG carriers built so far. The systems will be used in conjunction with diesel propulsion units, a design that is fast becoming an attractive alternative to the traditional steam engines.
