Terrapinn's global series of chemical logistics conferences rounded up the year with a European event in Rotterdam. The focus of the two-day event was very much on the optimisation of the supply chain to generate benefits for all participants. 'Driving efficiency across the chemical supply chain' was the theme of the Chemical Logistics and Supply Chain Management World Europe 2005 conference, which took place in Rotterdam this past November 15 and 16. The organisers had gathered a knowledgeable and interested - if not enormous - audience of chemical logistics professionals, who at the end of the two days expressed their satisfaction at the opportunities to learn and to network that the event provided.
