A Baltic beginning

StocExpo made its debut in Finland at its Russia & the Baltic show last month. Luckily the freezing temperatures did not deter a decent turnout of delegates to the conference and visitors to the exhibition halls StocExpo took its roving caravan north for its first event of 2008, holding the inaugural Russia & The Baltics show in Helsinki this past February 26 and 27. The conference opened with an introduction from the conference chair, Ben Holt, director general of Channoil Consulting, which - appropriately for this location - provides consultancy services on oil trading issues and the use of pipelines, terminals and processing facilities.
