摘要

At its 15 th session this past September, the International Maritime Organisation's (IMO) Dangerous Goods, Solid Cargoes and Containers (DSC) Sub-committee agreed some amendments to the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code. The Code is due to become mandatory on January 1, 2011 and these amendments will require adoption by the parent Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) for voluntary application as from January 1, 2012.
