Transport Canada has published Amendment 9 to the Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations in Part I of Canada Gazette, proposing to update the references to two standards: CGSB-43.126 on the reconditioning, remanufacturing and repair of drums for the transportation of dangerous goods; and CGSB-43.145 on the construction, modification, qualification, maintenance and selection of means of containment for the handling, offering for transport or transporting of dangerous goods by rail.
