Compared to some events in the bulk liquids storage sector, the UK Tank Storage Association's (TSA) annual conference and exhibition is a rather intimate affair. The one-day event includes both conference sessions and a small exhibition area, but although delegate numbers have increased noticeably in the last couple of years, the Association so far has steadfastly stuck to its aim of providing an arena where open dialogue with the regulators and enforcement agencies is encouraged.
