Well, that's summer out of the way. Is it just me or does it get shorter every year? Looking at the diary, perhaps it's not personal. After all, we were at our last conference in the middle of July and by the time you read this I will already have given a presentation at the Labelmaster symposium in Chicago. Not to mention the NACD event, which has had to be shoehorned into August as there's no space left in the calendar!
