As detailed in the first part of this report (HCB August 2012, page 65), Dubai was the rather nouveau riche setting for the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association's fourth Supply Chain Conference. That is probably quite appropriate, as the logistics needs of the region's rapidly expanding petrochemical sector mean there will be plenty of work for logistics provider.
