A year ahead

Royal Vopak recorded revenues of €648.1 m in the first half of this year, a 16 per cent increase over the €561.1m posted for the first half of 2011. EBITDA, excluding exceptional items, rose by 28 per cent to €377.7m. Vopak had set itself a target of achieving EBITDA in the €725m-€800m range in 2013. It now looks likely to achieve this target for the full year 2012 and has posted a challenging target of hitting €1bn in 2016.
