The UN Sub-committee of Experts on the globally harmonised system of classification and labelling of chemicals (GHS) held its 22nd session in Geneva this past December 7 to 9. Experts from 26 countries attended, along with observers from Switzerland and representatives from the EU, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the UN Institute for Training and Research (Unitar), the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and 11 non-governmental organisations.
