InterBulk has posted revenues of more than ￡300m for its fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, an increase of 10 per cent on the 2010 figures. Gross profit was up 6 per cent to just over ￡4lm, and the company's EBITDA figures grew by 2 per cent to ￡23.8m for the year. The results mark the end of a year of remarkable progress for the company. In May, InterBulk formed a commercial partnership with Hong Kong-based Sinotrans Limited through the placement of 165m new shares, which raised gross proceeds of ￡18.15m.
