Eitzen becomes Jason

At an extraordinary general meeting held this past December, shareholders in Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA approved a change in the company's name to Jason Shipping ASA. The change comes at the end of a turbulent year for the group, during which time it has sold out of its gas tanker interests, discontinued its chemical tanker pool activities and seen the resignation of its president/CEO and CFO.
