Safety at grade crossings

Fmcsa and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) have published a joint final rule that requires a driver of a vehicle carrying certain hazardous materials, agents and toxins from entering onto a highway/rail grade crossing unless there is sufficient space to drive completely through the crossing without stopping.
