Pump packages for ABG and Vogemann

Allweiler has been selected to provide ABG, the largest private sector shipbuilding yard in India, with complete pump packages for 12 handy-size bulk carriers. The company, a specialist provider of a comprehensive range of screw, centrifugal and progressing cavity pumps to the merchant marine and offshore industries, will deliver complete shipsets to a series of 35,000 dwt bulk carriers built at ABG for Germany's Hamburg-based H. Vogemann Group. Individual pump deliveries, which amount to over 350, begin this February and will continue upon newbuild completion in 2012. The order is estimated to be between 1.7-2 m US$.
