Fabric Forecast Spring/Summer '04

This article is the first in the series introduced in the September/October 2003 issue of HANDWOVEN, "Color Forecasting," pages 68-69. In that col-umn we presented a group of four palettes using the colors forecast for Spring and Summer of 2004. 'In this article you'll find some fab-ric interpretations using these palettes along with some fashion ideas. Our goal goes beyond the fash-ion runway, however. We hope the forecasts inspire you to take a fresh look at color―to try using new colors (to you) and combining them in new ways. We'd like this column to spark your creativity.
