THEY SAY IF YOU BUILD A BETTER MOUSETRAP, the world will beat a path to your door. I think things that are built to last are better than disposable items such as paper plates or fast fashion. Durable things save money, help the environment, and can be passed on to others who need them. Of course everything wears out eventually, but even then I like to give things a second life if I can. That's the intent of my sakiori weaving: to make something as good as, or better than, the original rag material.
