The American Farm Bureau Federation this week continued its push to urge the Supreme Court to topple the Obama administration's Chesapeake Bay cleanup plan. Attorneys for the agricultural industry association today submitted their latest arguments to the high court as they attempt to persuade the justices to hear their appeal. The Farm Bureau is leading states, lawmakers and others in arguing that U.S. EPA's "pollution diet" for the 64,000- square-mile watershed violates the Clean Water Act.
