On President Biden's second day in office yesterday, EPA announced senior agency staff, shook up its leadership ranks and pledged to follow the science. In an internal email obtained by E&E News, Dan Utech, the new chief of staff, announced 16 incoming appointees filling out top roles at EPA as well as the program and regional offices' acting leaders.
