TWO TOP APPOINTMENTS SPELL NEW ERA FOR CABE

Two senior appointments at CABE mark a new era for the organisation which has undergone unprecedented change during the past year Tony Burton, founder and director of Civic Voice - the national charity for the civic movement - has joined as director of policy and communications. Burton has over 20 years' experience working with both government and communities in policy development. His previous roles have included heading up strategy and external affairs for the National Trust, and deputy director of the Campaign to Protect Rural England.
