Prepress solutions at Drupa took a variety of forms, from workflow tools designed to afford the smooth integration of processes from file design and transfer through platemaking and printing, to new and improved options for proofing, color calibration, and more. Agfa showed the newest version of its workflow solution, ApogeeX 2.0, a PDF- and JDF (Job Definition Format)-enabled scalable solution that can be used by both small and high-end users. Within its PrintCity booth, Agfa showed Delano 1.1, the latest version of its Web-enabled project management system, featuring integrated file upload capabilities.
