Beast Mode RTK: 5-Hz Corrections

We are all looking for ways to become more productive and more efficient in the course of our fieldwork. Here is one such way. Beast Mode RTK from JAVAD GNSS supplies 5-Hz corrections from the base station. With typical RTK GPS receivers, an epoch is counted at 1 second, which means 1 Hz corrections. With Beast Mode, an epoch is 0.2 seconds, producing 5-Hz corrections. So, for surveyors who typically measure your control and your property corners for 180 epochs, which is typically three minutes, now it will only take 36 seconds with no discernible loss in accuracy or precision.
