Einsatz von Standardsoftware im Steinkohlenbergbau: Das Projekt LOGOS der Ruhrkohle Bergbau AG am Beispiel des Geschäftsprozesses Produktion Bergwerke

Das Projekt LOGOS - Leistungsfähigere Organisationsabläufe durch Geschäftsprozeßoptimierung im Steinkohlenbergbau - der Ruhrkohle Bergbau AG (RBAG) hat sich die konsequente Erneuerung der DV-Landschaft vor dem Hintergrund des Jahrtausendwechsels durch die Einführung der integrierten Standardsoftware SAP R/3 in den wesentlichen Geschäftsbereichen, so auch für Bergwerke zur Aufgabe gemacht. Ein sowohl aus der Sicht des Bergmanns beachtenswertes Unterfangen, zukünftig eine Software in vollem Umfang zu nutzen, die gleichfalls in der Fertigungsindustrie und Dienstleistungsunternehmen zum Einsatz kommt und ihren Ursprung nicht im Bergbau hat, als auch aus der Sicht des erfahrenen Beraters, hier mit nicht alltäglichen Anforderungen und Zusammenhängen konfrontiert zu werden, die auf beiden Seiten ein hohes Maß an Verständnis, Einfühlungsund Abstraktionsvermögen verlangen. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt am Beispiel des Geschäftsprozesses„Produktion Bergwerke" Schlüssellösungen des betriebswirtschaftlichen und bergmännischen Realisierungskonzepts für die Einführung der Standardsoftware SAP R/3.%The architecture of the information system in many companies is characterised by separate solutions, interfaces, data redundancies and heterogeneous system platforms. The separate solutions constitute functional partial optimisations, which are or were often linked to a "genial" developer, who is now no longer employed by the company. The interfaces require a large amount of maintenance and are expensive, the quality of the information being directly dependent on the latter. Companies often encounter this hazardous situation, in which the information technology strategy is based on use of standard software. The LOGOS project - more efficient organisation processes by business process optimisation in the coal mining industry - of Ruhrkohle Bergbau AG has taken on the task of renewing the data processing landscape against the background of the millennium by introduction of the integrated standard software SAP R/3 in the important business sectors including collieries. The contribution describes key solutions of the management and mining realisation concept for introduction of SAP R/3 with the "Colliery production" business process as an example. About 4000 users in virtually all sectors will work with the SAP system.
