摘要

You wouldn't expect someone from the world's biggest water utility to stop a client from investing in a 140 million liters per day treatment facility. But that's what Promod Mitroo, head of Veolia Water India, did. When the Delhi government proposed building an expensive water treatment plant a few years ago, he told them to put the $200 million to better use - by fixing the capital's leaky pipes.
