Laptop and desktop computers will continue to drive Taiwan's cooling fan industry. The former in particular is expected to spur much of the growth, with small units projected to dominate exports in years ahead.rnIn 2009, shipments of notebook PCs exceeded 120 million units as against more than 100 million for desktop variants, according to Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute. This year, the export growth for laptops is forecast to surpass 22 percent.
