New Fugro Management Model

As of 2012, Fugro (Netherlands) will be managed under a board-of-management model. The increased size of the company makes desirable a more collective decision-making process and more delegation of operational tasks. This is considered better for the ongoing development of the company. The change coincides with the departure of Mr K.S. Wester, who retires next year.
