The Major Economies Forum convened again last week-this time in London-to talk about the uphill battle currently facing the international climate negotiations, slated to begin in just more than 40 days in Copenhagen. "There is significantly further to go, this is absolutely not a done deal," said U.K. Energy and Climate Change Secretary Ed Milliband. "It remains in the balance, but I feel today this feels a more doable proposition that it was yesterday. I think that represents progress."
