Every electric and electronics equipment may influence electro-magnetic disturbance to other equipment through power supply lines and space. EMC is defined that the abil- ity of an equipment to function satisfactorily in its electro-magnetic environment without introducing intolerable electro-magnetic disturbance to anything in that invironment. So as to spread safety and sound equipment through the world, it is necessary to make an international standard related to EMC.
