Nancy House has been a member of SEG for more than 38 years. House received a BA in geology/geophysics from the University of Wyoming in 1976 and an MS in geophysics from Colorado School of Mines (CSM) in 1979. She joined SEG as a student at CSM in 1977 and attended her first SEG Annual Meeting with the help of a travel grant received through SEG. House did additional postgraduate work at CSM in reservoir characterization, economics, and geophysics (2000-2002).
