Visually impaired persons detect different ground surfaces underfoot, by cane or visually depending on their disability. It is thus important to provide Systems corresponding to their detection capabilities. Accordingly the provision of pathway designs offering improved mobility for the blind and visually impaired represents an essential necessity for main municipalities and other communities, and must comply with strict regulations.
