The BPL high-speed line is operated and monitored from new facilities in Rennes, a remote-control centre (PCD) and a sub-station control centre (CSS) housed in the same building. The new work stations in these centres have been particularly carefully developed to combine stylish design with a maximum of user-friendliness. The contemporary new facilities boast a wealth of cutting-edge technologies. They have been deliberately scaled to cater not only to the new HSL (Centre-West CSS, in particular), in preparation for the new organisational arrangements in the pipeline with centralised network control (CCR) of all line operation and electric power supply control functions.%L'exploitation de la LGV BPL est pilotée et suivie à partir de nouvelles installations créées à Rennes. Un PCD (Poste de Commande à distance) et un CSS (Central Sous-Stations) sont hébergés dans le même bâtiment. Aussi bien son aspect architectural que l'ergonomie des postes de travail ont été particulièrement soignés. Des technologies de pointe y sont installés. Ces installations modernes ont un champ d'action qui dépassent la seule LGV (notamment le CSS Centre-Ouest) et préfigurent une organisation à terme, nouvelle, (Commande Centralisée du Réseau) dans la surveillance et l'exploitation des lignes et des réseaux électriques.
