Voraussetzung dafür sind umfangreiche Tiefbauarbeiten, die noch in diesem Jahr beginnen werden. Sie beinhalten u.a. den Neubau eines PKW- und LKW-Parkplatzes. Eine neue Zugangsstraße und eine Brücke über die Lamitz sind ebenfalls nötig, um das erhöhte Transportaufkommen und die innerbetriebliche Logistik optimal gewährleisten zu könnten. Das frühere Zentrallager muss für das neue Werk weichen. Bei diesem handelt es sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit einer Grundfläche von 10.500 m~2 pro Geschoss.%In 2010, Sandier AG will be building a new plant at the company premises in Schwarzenbach/Saale. Extensive excavation works which are the prerequisite for this project are scheduled to begin this year. Among others, they entail the construction of a new parking area for automobiles and trucks. A new access road and a bridge across the creek Lamitz are also necessary in order to ensure the optimal handling of the increased transport volume as well as intra-company logistics. The former so called central warehouse for voluminous nonwovens has to be removed for the new plant. The facility will be a two-storey building with an area of 10,500 m~2 per floor.
