Bayern Innovativ -a network for textile innovations

Technical textiles already make up about 50 percent of Germany's textile production, enabling many different innovations. These are necessary in order to strengthen or expand a company's market position. Therefore networks with partners from different technological and industry sectors are becoming increasingly important. "Open innovation" is the key phrase - in many cases, new developments are initiated by looking beyond the confines of one's own industry.
