Rund um das Messegelände in Frankfurt am Main legte Christine Orel Staudengärten an. Durch die auf den Standort abgestimmten Pflanzkombinationen hält sich der Pflegeaufwand in Grenzen.%Christine Orel designed the gravelled gardens around the Messe in downtown Frankfurt. Her primary goal was to create attractive perennial borders that require low maintenance and will flourish in a city environment. To achieve that she chose plants that are in harmony with each other and their colours reflect the different spirit of the gardens, whether it is the older section of the park or beds near advertising pillars and the entrance to the underground station. There are highlights for every season - a plethora of bulbs for the spring, yellow-flowering plants for the summer, tall grasses for late summer and autumn and evergreen boxwood to provide winter interest. Thus, from every viewpoint there is a treat in store for visitors to the Messe, passing commuters or inhabitants of the city. Christine Orel's landscape garden and garden shows are proof of her superior talent and skills and they should not be missed.
