Equations are provided to enable calculations to be made of concentration increases in ,,n" stage counterflow rinsing systems, in terms of the concentration in the preceding process bath and the steady-state fresh water inflow at the final rinse stage. A program for calculation of the rinse parameters takes into account the volume of drag-out liquid, the effectiveness of the rinsing operation and the extent of evaporation from the rinse bsths. These parameters can be different in different stages of the rinse process. The basis of the calculation is on the assumption that a steady-state is reached after a given number of batches or working days, or a given concentration in the adhering liquid film after parts are removed from the final rinse stage. Given a set of limiting values, the effects of changing rinse tank configuration can be calculated.%Es werden Beziehungen für die Berechnung des Konzentrationenanstiegs im n-stufigen Gegenstromspülsystem anhand der Konzentration des Aktivbades und des stetigen Wasserzuflusses in die letzte Spülstufe abgeleitet. Ein Programm zur Berechnung von Spülparametern berücksichtigt die Volumina der von Gegenständen übertragenen Flüssigkeit, die Spüleffektivität und mögliche Verdunstung aus den Spülbädern. Diese Größen können in einzelnen Spülstufen unterschiedlich sein. Basis der Berechnung ist das Erreichen eines stationären Zustandes nach einer gewissen Anzahl von Chargen bzw. Arbeitstagen oder einer bestimmten Konzentration im Flüssigkeitsfilm beim Verlassen der letzten Spülstufe. Bei vorgegebenen Grenzwerten läßt sich die Auswechslung von Spülbädern rechnerisch ermitteln.
