摘要

The present study focused on the uptake and toxicity of Zn in Solea solea. Laboratory studies were performed where metal content, were measured as a response to exposure to nominal concentrations of 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 mg/L of zinc salts (ZnCl2) for 60 days. The levels of Zn accumulated in edible tissues and gills of S. solea correlated well to exposure concentrations and the greater the uptake.
