The Pentagon notified Congress on September 9, 2008 of two potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for Egypt, one involving four UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters and another for 6,900 TOW 2A anti-armor guided missiles. The first sale is estimated at $176 million in value, while the latter is estimated at $319 million.
