From afar, tamara hunter's in-ternet venture looks like most dotcoms-it makes almost no money. Look again. Hunter, 18, has zero venture capital, no full-time staff, no office. But she does have a promising business: an online magazine (and a print counterpart) for black teenagers-KuMimagazine.com-devoted to family, education, leadership and cultural events. She does nearly all the work herself and, to pay her bills, she started temping at $12 an hour at a T. Rowe Price computer center. She's been holding on like this for the last three years.
