Fans of law & order: Criminal Intent may experience deja vu when they catch a glimpse of the iconic spinoff airing on NBC. It was cast off last spring to NBC's cable cousin, USA Network, because of disappointing ratings. But with the Hollywood writers strike nearing its third month, NBC's inventory of fresh programming is running low. To fill holes, NBC is relying, in part, on hand-me-downs from USA Network's closet, among them, Law e Order (now a hit on USA), Monk and Psych, which will air on NBC come March.
