2000 Achievement Award Winners

IFT's Achievement Awards honor outstanding individuals and organizations in food science and technology. Since the presentation of the first Nicolas Appert Award in 1942, the annual awards presentation has been one of the highlights of IFT's Annual Meeting. This year's awards were presented during the Opening Event of IFT's 2000 Annual Meeting held in Dallas, Tex., on June 10, 2000. Fourteen 2000 Achievement Award winners are shown on this and following pages.
