New York—Change was the order of the day recently when the Healthcare Foodservice Administrators Association of Greater New York (HCFAA) held its annual conference in Flushing, NY. Not only was the theme of the conference change— "Take This Job and Love It: Managing Foodservice During Times of Change" was its title—the conference's location was also new.
