This issue of FoodService Director wraps up our 23rd year, and my third full year as its editor. I continue to be amazed at how quickly the time goes by, but then, a lot has happened this year, to me personally and our magazine professionally, to help move things along at a fast pace. Our biggest news, of course, was the merger of FSD and our sister publications, Restaurant Business and ID Access, with CSP Information Group. The experience thus far has been overwhelmingly positive, even as we have had to work through the pains that always come with blending families.
