We issue Mini Best Cards to employees who exhibit positive work or actions. At the end of the quarter the three staff members with the most Mini Best Cards receive a gift card. It doesn't take much to do and it has been well received by our staff. The staff is also able to participate by giving each other Team Cards for helping each other or recognizing each other's contributions.
