ASIA HAACK has been hired by BURKE CORP, as a food technologist in the meat manufacturer's Research and Development Department. Haack will test formulations and develop new products for the Burke product line, as well as for specific customers. Haack has an M.S. in animal science, meat science and muscle biology from the University of Nebraska. Previously, she worked for the Agricultural Research and Development Center in Ithaca, Neb., designing workshops, developing curricula and helping with all facets of 4-H.
