Gathering material for Goldies applications in all five categories took a toll on Alexis Barnfield, marketing specialist for UNT Dining Services, and her team. But it ended up being a worthy exercise in learning how to create videos, says Barnfield. "We entered every category," Barnfield says. "To begin I just made a list of everything that we do and divided it into what Goldies category it fit into. Food Democracy was the broadest category so a lot of what we do fell into that one. After I made the list, turning it into a video was more difficult. It was easier to write the information out because that's what I'm used to. Turning it into a video stressed me out a little, to be honest."
