DMA Meets in Dallas

Members of the Dietary Managers Association gathered at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas for their annual conference in July. At the meeting, the DMA board unveiled the association's name change, which will become effective Jan. 1, 2012. The group will be the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals. Executive Director Bill St. John explained that the new name reflects changes in both the foodservice industry and DMA's membership.
